The impact of the Covid-19 crisis on the extent to which human rights are respected and promoted

Mr. Mohamed Ayyat, Head of the United Nations Committee on Enforced Disappearance, delivered a speech during the 18th session of the Committee for the Convention to Protect All Persons from Enforced Disappearance (4 May 2020).
