Memorandum on the first member-team of the Council of Moroccans Living Abroad

The Advisory Council on Human Rights submitted to His Majesty the King a list of candidates for the membership of the council of Moroccans living abroad, on 15 December 2007. The list included 35 candidates, chosen after consultation of the competent authorities and following the guidelines of His Majesty. The suggested composition takes into consideration all personal, geographic, gender, generation, competence, honesty and effectiveness aspects of representativeness. In addition, the Council also submitted two additional lists, the first contains 15 names and the second 20.
