Mr. Moustapha Ramid

Born in 1959 in the province of El Jadida.

Mr. El Mostafa Ramid is a holder of a BA in law and a diploma of higher studies from Dar Hadith Hassania.

He is member of the Secretariat General of the Party of Justice and Development (PJD). During the parliamentary term 2002-2007, he headed the PJD parliamentary group at the House of Representatives until October 2004, and the Commission for Justice and Human Rights.

Mr. Ramid headed the Arab Parliamentary Commission for Human Rights (at the Arab Inter-parliamentary Union, in Damascus - Syria). He was also Vice President of Al Karama Forum for Human Rights.

Mr. Ramid, lawyer at the bar of Casablanca, defended several lawsuits of political character and wrote on of human rights in several articles published in the national press and defended them in his interventions at the House of Representatives.

For seven years, Mr. Ramid published also “Assahwa”, a monthly magazine.
