52nd session of the CDH: CNDH takes part in the annual discussion on the rights of the child
The National Human Rights Council (CNDH) took part in the annual discussion on the rights of the child held within the framework of the 52nd session of the Human Rights Council (HRC), on 10 March 2023, at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.
Within this context, the CNDH strongly recommends the institutionalization of the participation of children in the decision-making process relating to the digital environment.
The voice of the child should be heard in discussions, decisions and solutions. Children should be fully involved in national policy dialogue and actions to prevent, respond and adapt to the digital environment.
